Interesting post! Lean & Agile have a lot of thing in common and sometimes we mix them, which I think is good! For example, SCRUM on the planning meeting what is actual doing is implementing a “pull” system per each sprint :P

Let me add my grain of sand!! On Lean before removing waste what you pursue is 1) remove the overburden and 2) balance demand with capacity. Then once you have than go to remove the waste :)
